Time changeThe vendor moved to 11:00. The client is still on 10:00.
The vendor wrote in the vendors’ group that he’s coming an hour later. The client, in another group, is getting ready for 10:00. Someone is about to wait an hour at the venue.
CalSync reads your production’s WhatsApp groups, pulls out events, deadlines, payments and tasks, and puts everything into one Google Calendar.

Producers, event managers, renovation contractors, designers and trip organizers. Every project opens more groups, and every small change hides in one of them.

Sent at 11:40 PM“Reminder: final plan due by Sunday.” Sent at night, between 30 other messages. By Sunday morning it’s not a reminder anymore, it’s a problem.
One project, four groupsEvery side talks in its own group, on its own schedule. You’re the only one in all of them, which makes you the only one expected to remember what was agreed and where.
It’s not that you’re disorganized. It’s that nobody can follow four groups per project and remember every time change.
Every miss costs something: a vendor waiting at the venue, a deposit that wasn’t paid, a client who stops trusting you. The problem isn’t you. The problem is the feed.
No bot in the groups. The client, vendors and crew don’t have to do anything.

The vendors, client and crew of one event go into one project, with its own Google Calendar.

Extraction works in Hebrew and English. Summaries and calendar titles are written in Hebrew today; an English output option is on the way. If your groups are in Hebrew and you read English, it already works well for you.
The extension only reads and never sends anything. It does not link itself as an extra device. That said, this is not an official WhatsApp extension.
We do not store the messages themselves and we do not build profiles of people. Only the extracted item is kept (“sound check on Thursday”), with the sender’s name as it appears in your chat, so you know who asked.
