Reads your WhatsApp Web groups and turns events, tasks and payments into Google Calendar entries.
Kindergarten, class, after-school and the committee. Every group writes at a different hour, and all of them assume you read everything. This is what it looks like in most homes.
Classic kindergarten missThe teacher announced it on Monday, but by Wednesday it was gone under a flood of “thanks” and emojis. Your daughter shows up in jeans, everyone else in pajamas, and the morning is ruined.
Late updateThe party list went up at 9:14 PM. By the time you opened the group, everyone had already “taken” napkins and cups. What’s left is the one item that costs a whole evening in the kitchen.
Two kids, four groupsKindergarten, class, football and art class. Each sends updates at a different hour, and you carry the whole household schedule in your head.
It’s not that you don’t care. It’s that nobody can read 300 messages a day and remember the three that matter.
Every miss costs something: a pointless drive, a kid waiting at the gate, a whole evening in the kitchen. The problem isn’t you. The problem is the feed.
No bot in the group. The teacher, the committee and other parents don’t do a thing.
Add it to your browser. It reads your WhatsApp Web without sending anything or opening chats.
Tick the kindergarten, class and club groups, and link each one to that child’s calendar.
What to bring, what to pay and when to pick up, in one short notification. Events land in the right child’s calendar.
Only the chats you pick are read. Nothing is sent, messages aren’t stored and nothing is marked as read.
The extension reads while WhatsApp Web is open, even in a hidden tab. Messages that arrive while the computer is off are picked up next time you open it.

No. CalSync reads the group through your own WhatsApp Web, on your computer. No number joins, and the teacher and other parents get no message and don’t have to approve anything.
Yes. Every child gets their own Google Calendar in your account, and all of their groups (kindergarten, class, after-school, committee) feed it by themselves. You can show or hide each calendar separately.
Yes. Share your child’s calendar with your partner like any Google Calendar, and events show up for them right away. The Family plan connects up to 3 Google accounts for one payment.
One group is free forever, for example the kindergarten group. Pro opens every group and chat for ₪24.90 a month, and Family covers up to 3 Google accounts for ₪39.90 a month. 14 days of Pro included, no card needed.
WhatsApp does not let third-party apps read messages. The only way that respects your account is to read WhatsApp Web in your own tab, on a computer, through an extension. The tab can be hidden or pinned, and no chat needs to be opened.
Extraction works in Hebrew and English. Summaries and calendar titles are written in Hebrew today; an English output option is on the way. If your groups are in Hebrew and you read English, it already works well for you.
CalSync works on iPhone as a Home Screen app: open calsyncai.com in Safari, tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen”. From there you get notifications and summaries as usual. Reading from WhatsApp happens on the computer.
The extension only reads and never sends anything. It does not link itself as an extra device. That said, this is not an official WhatsApp extension.
We do not store the messages themselves and we do not build profiles of people. Only the extracted item is kept (“party on Wednesday”), with the sender’s name as it appears in your chat, so you know who asked.
